Financial management process development

The development of the company’s financial management processes, like planning processes, budgeting, reporting and project accounting.

There are three stages in process development:

  1. Mapping of the current situation and target setting together with the client. Usually this is done in a workshop organized with the client.
  2. Description of the need for change in the processes, including activities, roles/responsibilities as well as the reports and systems needed.
  3. Planning, organizing and coordination of the development work, including the different areas of change management, like communication and training.

Benefits:

  • The company will have access to efficient, reliable and high quality financial management processes that support the company’s business and decision making.
  • The financial management processes are well integrated with the rest of the company’s operations.
